Merrimack, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc.completed the sale of 4,045 s/f at 598 Daniel Webster Highway from Brick & Granite LLC to Larochelle Hill Investments LLC of Goffstown, N.H.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $130,000. The building will be rehabilitated for general office use. Reed represented the seller Brick & Granite LLC and assisted the buyer in the transaction.
Reed also completed a five-year lease at 470 Pine St. in Manchester, to Neurodevelopmental Institute of New Hampshire. The total space leased was 4,400 s/f.
Reed represented the landlord, Tokena Corp. of Manchester and assisted the tenant. The space will be used for assessment, treatment of children, adolescents and adults with Neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological disorders utilizing speech, language and occupational therapies, as well as, educational and behavioral counseling.
In another transaction, Reed completed the sale of 102 Bay St. in Manchester from 102 Bay Street LLC Ben Gamache.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $215,000. The building was damaged in a fire, so the sale price supplemented the insurance proceeds. The building will be rehabilitated for general office use. Reed represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the transaction.
