Exeter, NH Patti Visconte of the Masiello Group Commercial Associates completed the sale of the landmark property located at 31 Portsmouth Ave. to Baker Prop LLC. Visconte and Ray Pape assisted the seller, The Rogan Family, which owned and operated Rogan’s Bakery & Restaurant for over 26 years.

According to the Registry of Deeds the property sold for $825,000 to Baker Prop LLC from Portsmouth, N.H.
