Boston, MA On Saturday, March 19, BOMA Boston held their 27th Annual BOMA Benefit at the Seaport Hotel. Over 300 members and guests attended to help raise money for three deserving charities. The 2016 BOMA Benefit Beneficiaries are: Father Bill’s & MainSpring and Pine Street Inn. Save the Harbor Save the Bay also received special recognition at the event. Attendees enjoyed an evening of dancing, play gambling, networking and an opportunity to meet the beneficiaries.

Spring is right around the corner and BOMA Boston is offering many great programs!
On Tuesday, April 5, BOMA Boston will host a Roundtable in conjunction with Earth Month on the LEED Dynamic Plaque located in 53 State St. USGBC MA will provide an update on the uptake of the Dynamic Plaque, how the October 2016 LEED v4 transition will affect O+M projects, and where property managers and facilities professionals can find resources to stay ahead of the learning curve with GPRO and LEED education.
Steve Flagg, general manager, Lincoln Property Company, will share analytics from the LEED Dynamic Plaque at 53 State St. and practices to reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings. 53 State St. is a 40-story commercial property that was one of the first buildings in Boston able to maintain their LEED certification through the use of a LEED Dynamic Plaque and it was the first building to do so at the Platinum Level. The program will take place from 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at 53 State St. More information can be found on the BOMA Boston website.
On Thursday, April 7, BOMA Boston will be moving the bi-monthly Networking Nite to the Suburbs! BOMA will be facilitating 4 Networking Nites in 4 different Suburban locations on the same evening: Foxboro, Westwood, Waltham, and Burlington. Join us to network with members and non-members in a smaller setting and learn more about BOMA Boston. This event is FREE and will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
