O’Neil has been in the life safety industry for almost 30 years, specifically sales for fire alarm, fire sprinkler and suppression preventative maintenance agreements. Encore Fire Protection is a privately owned company focused on the New England market only, which allows for superb service delivery at a lower cost than larger competitors.

Adele Manty is an account manager/business development at Pinnacle Office Solutions. They are a full service commercial services provider with union and non-union entities specializing in relocation, installation and liquidation services.

Dennis Hoffman, PE, is a mechanical engineer at Laporte Consultants. Hoffman has been designing and supporting facilities for many years. Aiming to provide the right systems, equipment and controls in the first place, he has always sought input from those who operate the facilities for refinements.
