The mixed-use waterfront development located at 267 Thames St. consists of the Bristol Harbor Inn, The DeWolf Tavern, Thames Waterside Grill and supporting retail.

The Bristol Harbor Inn will be managed by the Newport Hotel Group. The DeWolf Tavern will retain its current ownership.
