John Cregan of Paramount Properties and Bob Nickerson of Stone Tower Properties sold a 4,214 s/f office building at 50 Office Parkway for $525,000. Cregan represented the buyer, Creative Environment Corp. and Nickerson represented the seller, Parkway Properties.
