Centerdale, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold a 5,000 s/f building consisting of three retail units on a 10,000 s/f corner lot on 2045 Smith St.

The sellers were Susan and James Galligan and the buyers were Brothers Property LLC. Derby Properties represented the buyer.

The building located in downtown was previously used as an antique store with two units rented out as a cupcake store and hair salon.

The new owner will use the main unit for their nail salon business which will be the second of two locations.
