Woburn, MA People looking for a healthy, tasty, and quick meal in Woburn have b.good to look forward to. The fast-growing franchise that advertises “real food fast” will open a new restaurant at 4 Cummings Park in early summer.
There was a lot of interest in the high-traffic location, according to Cummings Properties leasing director Mike Truesdale, who worked with Vantage Point Retail’s Martin Benoit to bring b.good to Woburn.
“b.good was our top choice for the space,” said Truesdale. “It’s a popular restaurant that will provide another great dining option for the many clients and visitors at Cummings Park, as well as people who live and work nearby or are traveling on the highway.”
Cummings Park and West Cummings Park run parallel to vibrant Washington St., at the intersection of I-93 and I-95. The 1.5 million s/f business campus is home to nine other eateries, including chains Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, and Sal’s Pizza, as well as independent restaurants offering sushi, Indian food, gluten-free baked goods, sandwiches, and diner fare.
Featuring a mix of burgers and fries, smoothies, and kale-quinoa bowls, b.good has grown to more than 30 locations in nine states and Canada. More than half of its restaurants are in Massachusetts.
The 3,000 s/f site will offer both indoor seating and patio dining. Typical of other b.good locations, it will feature herbs grown in-store under special lamps and handwritten notes on chalkboards informing patrons about where the food they are eating comes from.
