Thompson of Creative Comm'l. Lending closes $325,000 loan for Mass. investor

Russell Thompson of Creative Commercial Lending recently placed financing in the amount of $325,000 for an investor in Abington. The borrower refinanced his mixed-use investment property, which included two apartments and two retail stores. The new loan was at a rate 3% lower than the previous loan and proceeds from the transaction will be used for additional property improvements.
