Hanover, MA Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company leased 3,700 s/f to A Healthy Balance at Tedeschi Plaza.  It is the second location for them. 

A Healthy Balance is a boutique studio that offers customized health and wellness programs.  Through individually designed programming they help their clients discover their own healthy balance and incorporate realistic nutrition, fitness and wellness habits into their lifestyle. 

Powers represented the landlord, and Dave Miller of Conway Commercial acted as broker on behalf of the tenant.
