• Are tenants allowed to list their apartment on Airbnb?
• Is medical marijuana legal, or illegal?
• What is the appropriate way to handle a problem on Social Media?
Flynn spoke about how the heroin epidemic may affect your property.
He also mentioned how tenants are still smoking inside, and how can managers implement a No Smoking policy.
He spoke to the members and conveyed how anyone can make a meth lab these days, so how are you supposed to protect your residents?
Flynn and his associates reviewed the issues that the 21st Century has imposed at your property.
He spoke to the managers and reviewed real life situations that have arisen for their clients, He discussed how to address the ever-changing landscape of property management.
