Developer Joseph Fallon held a groundbreaking for a 500,000 s/f office building at the 21-acre Fan Pier site. The Fan Pier development is planned to include 3 million s/f of office, residential, hotel and retail space. CB Richard Ellis /Lynch Murphy Walsh Advisors is the leasing agent for office space at Fan Pier. Two Financial Center, a 210,000 s/f tower, is the only other office building under construction in the city.
