Waltham, MA NAI Hunneman represented Waverley Oaks Park and its owner Duffy Properties in four separate lease transactions totaling 39,314 s/f. The transactions include: 

307 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, Mass.

• Zoom Info taking an additional 7,493 s/f for a total of 30,394 s/f at 307 Waverley Oaks Road;

• Conventor taking 4,025 s/f at 135 Beaver St.;

• Boston Angel Club taking 2,708 s/f at 465 Waverley Oaks Rd.; and

• Andrew Alliance taking 2,187 s/f at 135 Beaver St.

NAI Hunneman executive vice president Steve James, along with senior vice president Leeanne Rizzo and associate Patrick Grady represented Duffy Properties and procured tenant Andrew Alliance, while John Coakley from Cresa Boston represented Conventor; John McDonough from State Street Real Estate represented Boston Angel Club; and Rob Kinlin from CBRE represented Zoom Info.
