Franklin, MA Garrett Quinn of SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston recently represented the tenant, MGB USA, Inc. in a 13,904 s/f lease. 157 Grove St. is a 76,268 s/f flex building located minutes from I-495. The landlord, GRE Grove Street Two, LLC, was represented by McKenna Teague of Transwestern RBJ. MGB USA, Inc. is moving from their facility in Westborough.
