The brick residences were built in 1969 and comprised of 1 two-bedroom, 17 one-bedrooms and 11 studios. All the units were renovated except one. There is off street parking and on-site laundry. 

The CAP rate at the time of sale was 5.51% with the property having a gross annual income of $549,900.
