The Kane Co. has sold 44R Elm St. The property is a 5,000 s/f industrial building that was purchased by 44R Elm St. LLC, and will be occupied by a custom woodworking operation owned by David McWilliam. Lynn Kinsella and Anthony Triglione of Kane Co. represented the seller. Triglione also represented the buyer.
