Norwood, MA A 25,000 s/f one and two story building situated on a 2.91 acre site sold at 401 Providence Highway for $5.75 million. 

Bezema Providence Realty Trust sold the property to Peter Catanese. 

Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors was the sole broker. At the time of sale, the property was used as an automobile dealership and is located on Rte. 1.
