NAI Hunneman's Ross, Tito and Barroso negotiate $4.5 million sale

NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of Acton Coach Estates, a 48 unit apartment building at 53-55 Brook St. The property was sold by Coach Limited Partnership for $4.5 million. The buyer, Acton Coach Estates, LLC was represented by David Ross, executive VP/principal; Robert Tito, executive VP/principal and Gina Barroso, associate, all of NAI Hunneman. "Coach Estates was a great investment for the buyer," said Robert Tito.
