
TRB Development Group, Inc., has been selected by Endicott Plaza Limited Partnership to demolish the building formerly known as Spuds Restaurant at 139 Endicott St., and construct a new, 15,000 s/f CVS/Pharmacy at the same location. The estimated construction cost for this project is $2 million. The construction of this project has begun.
The new CVS Pharmacy will feature two drive-thru windows, masonry veneer, and will be situated less than a quarter mile from Rte. 128, at exit 24 north.
The project is scheduled for December 2008 completion.
