Northborough, MA Scott Hughes, president, and Ted Reimann, vice president, of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, Vector Northborough Commercial Condominiums, LLC and Apogee Realty of Northborough, LLC, and procured the buyer, KJG Otis Street, LLC, in the sale of Units 21-28 at 104 Otis St.
