Tinkham Realty, Inc. leased a 2,475 s/f office/warehouse space at Golden Brook Crossing to US Water Consultants, Inc. US Water Consultants specializes in advanced water testing services. Judy Tinkham negotiated the lease on behalf of the lessor, Monomy Development, Inc., and assisted the lessee.
