Stamford, CT Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a multi-year, 18,073 s/f lease for Information Services Group (ISG) to establish its new global headquarters at 2187 Atlantic St. ISG is a NASDAQ-listed global technology research and advisory firm.
Executive managing director Steve Baker of Cushman & Wakefield’s Stamford office represented the tenant in the transaction.
“This property is perfectly situated on a beautiful waterfront setting and is surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants, condos and offices in one of Stamford’s hottest neighborhoods,” said Baker. “With the prime location, features, and amenities, this is the best boutique office building on the market.”
ISG will be relocating from 281 Tresser Blvd. to 2187 Atlantic St., situated at the edge of Stamford’s Harbor Point development. ISG said it was seeking “a new global headquarters location that reflects our evolution as a more digitally focused technology research and advisory firm, and provides opportunities for future expansion.”
“We wanted to be in a vibrant, up-and-coming area that welcomes the next generation of digital disruptors,” said ISG chairman and CEO, Michael Connors.
According to Connors, the new ISG headquarters will feature a digital client engagement center, a global training facility and office space enabled by the latest digital technologies.
The waterfront building features prebuilt suites and onsite management. It has recently undergone a multi-million dollar renovation including a new lobby, café, common area finishes, and renovated bathrooms. In addition to the interior renovations, an architecturally unique fin system along the building’s exterior enhances the landscaping design.
