395 State St. is an 18,000 s/f industrial building on 2 acres that was sold to Trilot 7 Enterprises, which operates Nelson Ambulance, Access Ambulance, Connecticut Handivan, Nelcon Towing And Recovery, and The Limo Group. Barber represented the buyer, and also the seller Funaro Realty. The building and grounds will be completely renovated, and will become a showplace on State St.
