Boston, MA On Thursday, November 16, BOMA Boston held their Annual TOBY & Industry Awards Dinner at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Over 600 members and guests gathered to celebrate industry excellence at BOMA Boston’s single largest gathering of the year. Buildings that won local TOBY awards will move onto the Middle-Atlantic Conference (MAC) Regional Competition, which will be held in Buffalo, NY in May, 2018. Winners from the MAC will move onto the International Competition at the 2017 BOMA Annual Conference & Expo in San Antonio, TX in June, 2018. This year’s local TOBY & Industry Award winners are listed below:

On December 5, BOMA Boston will host a Roundtable focused on Commercial Real Estate Career Transitions. The luncheon will take place at 100 High St. from 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Larry Lenrow, The Davis Companies, will share his insights and characteristics of various industry roles and how your skills can be transferable to help you obtain jobs in property management, brokerage, construction, and engineering, to name a few.
