Boston, MA Target has signed a lease with CBRE/New England to open a small-format store in July 2018 in a 28,893 s/f space at Porter Square Galleria, which is owned by CBRE Global Investors sponsored fund. Additional tenants of the Galleria include Anna’s Taqueria, Sprint, Potbelly and Parrelli Optical.
CBRE/New England’s Paul Grossman and Jeremy Grossman represented landlord CBRE Global Investors in the deal. “We are proud of the reconfiguration of Porter Square Galleria to accommodate a new small-format Target store. This is just the beginning of a revamped Porter Square Galleria, and will further solidify the location as a retail destination,” said Joseph Mancuso, managing director, CBRE Global Investors. “Directly adjacent to the Porter Square MBTA station, we have an opportunity to serve a vibrant community and bring on brands that add to this unique retail experience.”
Located at the intersection of Massachusetts and Somerville avenues, Porter Square Galleria is a prime location and a rare opportunity for retailers, serving a densely populated neighborhood in an extremely visible, easily accessible anchor presence.
