What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2018? We anticipate the market will remain stable in 2018 with transactional velocity flat or potentially having a slight decrease from 2017.   As the market continues to shift, brokerage intermediaries will be more valuable managing the spread between buyer/seller expectations.
