Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ) has brokered the sale of 38 Forge Park on behalf of Patriot/Reading Associates. The building was purchased by Realty Associates Advisors, LLC for $10 million. 38 Forge Park is a single-story flex building consisting of 79,478 s/f. Richard Herlihy, Richard Bradbury, John Lashar and Paul Leone of RBJ represented the seller and procured the buyer.
