According to Cardente Real Estate, MYK, has leased 2,200 s/f of restaurant space (plus basement area) at One Monument Way, the former Foley's Bakery. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, One Monument Way, LLC, by Matthew Cardente and on behalf of the tenant by Jessica Estes of CB Richard Ellis, The Boulos Co.
