The Kane Co. brokered the lease of 12,500 s/f at 2 Fanaras Dr. to Winnelson, a leading distributor of plumbing supplies in the US. The assignment to sell/lease the 30,000 s/f flex/industrial condo project is now nearly complete. Other new tenants in the building include Motivation Design and Topsfield Tool. In the leasing of all spaces, Anthony Triglione of The Kane Co. represented both the buyers/tenants and the sellers.
