Landmark Realty Group, LLC sold a 2,200 s/f industrial warehouse unit at 376 Dry Bridge Rd., building A-1 in the Dry Bridge Commerce Park.
Philip St. Sauveur of Emergency Access Systems, Inc. purchased the unit for $200,000.
Landmark represented the buyer and the seller.
John McCloskey, esq. served as the closing attorney.
The new light industrial park is set on 9 1/2 acres and will feature ten 7,500 s/f steel buildings with options for larger custom accomodations.
