Woonsocket, RI Thomas Blakely, CCIM, president of TRB Realty and David McCarthy of The Dartmouth Company have arranged the $1,362,500 sale of a freestanding Applebee’s Restaurant located at 1855 Diamond Hill Rd.

Blakely represented the buyer, and McCarthy was the exclusive listing agent for the seller.
