According to T3 Advisors, Third Rock Ventures has extended its lease at 29 Newbury St. Third Rock recently raised a $380M fund to invest in and launch life science companies. T3 team members, Mike Shreve and Roy Hirshland represented Third Rock in the negotiations, which resulted in the successful renewal and expansion into 7,945 s/f of Back Bay office space. Lisa Saunders represented the landlord, Saunstar Operating Company.
