98 Calef Highway - Epping, NH

Manchester, NH Bryan Wright and Chris Janelle, both of Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, represented Firehouse Subs in a long-term lease at the new Shoppes at 655 South Willow St. This 1,672 s/f fast casual restaurant will be the second Firehouse Subs location in N.H. Chris McMahon, of Summit Realty, represented the landlord, Brady Sullivan Properties.

Wright also completed a 1,340 s/f deal in Nashua, at 150 Broad St. with Cruzin Cakes, a local bakery shop.  Wright represented the landlord, Schupack Broad Street Trust. Jay Lee of Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty, represented the tenant. This lease brings the center to full occupancy.

In another transaction, Wright represented the landlord, Eppicenter, LLC, and assisted the tenant, Releaf, in a lease of 1,214 s/f at 98 Calef Highway in Epping. Releaf is a local CBD shop and joins existing tenants including Starbucks, Core Physicians, Professional Physical Therapy, Federal Cigar, and more.

Lastly, Wright represented Boone’s Thai Restaurant in a 2,000 s/f lease at Epping Crossing in Epping, a center owned by WS Development. Other key tenants at the plaza include Walmart, Lowe’s, Applebee’s, Verizon Wireless, and Aspen Dental.
