North Andover, MA Thomas Blaisdell, vice president of retail at Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the lease of 2,804 s/f of 175 Turnpike St. for AAA Northeast. 

AAA Northeast is located adjacent to Staples and part of a 76,742 s/f retail shopping center on the Rte. 114 corridor. The new lease was realized by Blaisdell representing AAA and Evan Eisenhardt, vice president of Linear Retail representing the landlord.
