Amper of Capstone Properties handles $800,000 sale

Dartmouth, MA Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties sold a 16,000 s/f industrial building to MIH LLC. The buyer will use the property for their business and lease out the rest. Amper represented the seller Northeast Distributors. The sale price was $800,000.
