Boston, MA Freudenheim Partners (FP) has brokered a 15,000 s/f sublease on behalf of Luminoso Technologies, Inc. at 125 High St. Executive vice president Ellie Cullinan and associate David Tackeff represented Luminoso in the transaction, while JLL represented the sublandlord Thales Group. 

Cullinan said, “Luminoso faced two challenges in their office space search: The increasingly competitive Boston area market for office space and a rapidly-expanding headcount. FP and Luminoso collaborated to find a space on the Red Line in downtown Boston that gave them room to grow at a fair price point. We are excited for Luminoso’s next steps at 125 High St.”
