Houston joins TFMoran as a civil project engineer in Bedford, NH

Bedford, NH Phillip Houston has joined TFMoran as a civil project engineer. Houston has a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Architecture from Syracuse University. 

Houston has six years of work experience which includes design of residential and commercial subdivisions, utility and drainage plans, permitting, septic design and stormwater management. 

Houston is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
