McEvoy of The Conrad Group brokers $2m 20,506 s/f sale

BJM Properties, LLC has recently purchased 267 Libbey Industrial Parkway. The property includes a 20,506 s/f industrial facility situated on 4.03 acres of land. The building features 80% office, 20% warehouse, 24' ceiling height and is located adjacent to Rte. 3 in Libbey Park. James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, Inc., represented the buyer. The seller, McKee Moving Company, was advised by Olde Town Commercial Realty Group. According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $2 million.
