The 80,000 s/f building is owner occupied and located at 10 Embankment St. Perlman represented the landlord, H&L Enterprises. Habit OPCO is a treatment facility with locations throughout Mass. and northern New England. This move allows Habit OPCO to relocate its Lawrence facility to one floor.
