Boston, MA According to McCall & Almy, Chris Chou has joined the firm as a vice president. Chou brings over 14 years of commercial real estate experience to McCall & Almy including consulting, development, and disposition services.
At McCall & Almy, Chou will advise the firm’s corporate and institutional clients on a variety of matters including, strategic planning, development feasibility, and disposition and acquisition services.
Chou joins McCall & Almy from Colliers International where he was a vice president in its development and consulting services group focused on consulting projects that involved real estate planning, development feasibility and financial analysis. Additionally, he served as a valued team member on multiple project management assignments for clients of all types. Prior to his position at Colliers, he held positions at Kendall Real Estate Ventures, KO Automotive Group, C. Talanian Realty and Nordblom Co.
Chou received his MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and his BS from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
