Durgin of Jack Conway arranges $1.5 million sale of 14,000 s/f building

Jack Conway & Co. commercial vice president Paul Durgin recently orchestrated the sale of an office building at 464 Granite Ave. Durgin represented the seller, K&C Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, Granite Milton Realty LLC in the $1.5 million transaction. The multi-tenanted building is fully leased and houses 10 medical and professional offices in 14,000 s/f. "The location for that property is great," said Durgin. It's right off Rte. 93, and it's even visible from the highway."
