Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor of Press/Cuozzo, has leased 14,000 s/f of warehouse space at 118 Quinnipiac Ave. Custom Crete Warehouse was an existing tenant in the building and expanded into the adjacent 14,000 s/f warehouse space. Nesson was the sole broker, representing the landlord, CES Associates, and the tenant.
