Located along the Mass Pike (I-90) with highway frontage, Calare’s new space at 30 Speen provides a visible and convenient home base. The location offers access to multiple commuting routes, as well as options for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Calare’s new office features a clean design with modern amenities. The renovated space includes an open floor plan with nine foot ceilings and natural light.

Calare acquired 30 Speen St., a 40,500 s/f, five-story building situated on 2.5 acres, in February 2019 as part of a long-term investment strategy.
