“104 Old Beach is a modern classic,” says McCollough. “The stunning home blends beautifully into the historic and highly sought-after Newport neighborhood of Kay/Catherine. The craftsmanship of the 19th Century inspired home including the custom moldings and millwork captured my clients’ attention and made this the ideal estate for calling Newport home.
