Phoenix Commercial R.E. has leased 11,279 s/f of office space at Chestnut Place to two tenants. Advocates Inc., a provider of human services, has leased 9,011 s/f. Solar One Solutions, which offers solar powered lighting systems, has occupied 2,268 s/f. David Tognacci of Phoenix represented the landlord, Chestnut Properties in both transactions. Warren Brown of Boston Commercial Properties was the broker for Solar One.
