Cambridge, MA Lighthouse Electrical Contracting, Inc. has completed comprehensive electrical construction of the a new 20,000 s/f Roche Bros. supermarket – Brothers Marketplace at One Broadway in Kendall Sq. The scope entailed Lighthouse’s installation of the facility’s electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.

The newest Brothers Marketplace location features 12,000 s/f of retail space and 8,000 s/f of prep space including a kitchen for prepared foods.

Lighthouse Electrical’s project manager Scott Sullivan and foreman Kyle Kassiotis headed the project team managing a crew ranging upwards 10 IBEW Local 103 electricians.

Commodore Builders served as the general contractor.
