Providence, RI Site Specific has hired Mark Helman and Bo Koloski.
Helman joined Site Specific as chief financial officer. In his new role, Helman will serve as the top accounting, finance and administrative professional, and provide leadership over the development and execution of Site Specific’s strategic plan for growth. Helman has over 20 years of professional experience, the majority of which has been in the architecture/engineering/construction industry. Prior to joining Site Specific, Helman was CFO for Elaine Construction.
Koloski has joined the company as vice president of client services. In this new role, Koloski will lead the strategic direction for marketing and client services in support of new business acquisition and client satisfaction across the entire Site Specific portfolio. Koloski has over 25 years of professional client relations experience, the last twenty of which have been in the commercial and institutional construction industry. Prior to joining Site Specific, Koloski served as the director of client services at BOND, where he was part of the senior leadership team and helped to establish the company’s permanent Providence office. He also worked previously at Shawmut Design and Construction.
Currently Bo is a member of the Providence Foundation and a Board Member of the Rhode Island Contractor’s Licensing and Registration Board. Additionally, Bo is a member of The Providence Preservation Society and the New England Institute of Technology’s Construction Management Advisory Board. He also served as a past director for the Rhode Island Green Building Council, the New England Institute of Technology’s Construction Management Advisory Board, and The Rhode Island ACE Mentor Program. He is also a past President of the Veterans Memorial Auditorium Foundation.
