Boston, MA Nan Fung Life Sciences Real Estate (NFLSRE) has acquired One Winthrop Sq. from MAPFRE Insurance for $75 million. Located in downtown, the 115,667 s/f, five floor building is adjacent to Millennium’s Winthrop Center Tower with access to public transportation.

Based in the city, NFLSRE is led by a management team with over 75 years of combined life sciences real estate development and operations experience.

The acquisition of One Winthrop comes after NFLSRE acquired 51 Sleeper St., a 152,102 s/f, eight floor building in the Seaport District of the city.
