New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of the commercial warehouse building located at 13 Edward St. The final sale price was not disclosed. 

This custom-designed building features high ceilings, oversized bay doors, heavy-duty lifts with 3,000 s/f of open space and additional office space. 

This commercial building was formerly owned by Terry Inc. and has been purchased by Paulinos Plumbing and Mechanical Co. For owner Alex Paulino, a Greater New Bedford Vocational Technical alumni, this will be an additional location for his company as he expands and grows throughout the area.
