The sale of 160 Goddard Memorial Dr. from 239 Mill St. Realty LLC to Prematech, Inc. d/b/a Pennsylvania Limited Legal Partnership will enable the buyer to move from 12,000 s/f of leased space to 27,000 s/f of owned space. Prematech, Inc. specializes in the custom engineering of advanced ceramics. The seller was represented by Sheldon Katz, broker/owner of Worcester Commercial and the buyer was represented by James Umphrey, principal and Don Mancini, vice president of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates.
